Joy Hsu

Joy joins LSP as the Recruitment Team Lead APAC. Completing her Engineering degree at the National Taiwan University and Nation Cheng Kung University contributed to her solid knowledge of the Asian renewable energy industry. Her project management and global business development experience allowed her to build up market insight and networks quickly. Starting her career in recruitment back in 2017, Joy leverages on her extensive local market experience, which involved business development, global key account management and large recruitment projects. As a bilingual in the Mandarin and English language, she has been successfully recruiting international talents across the region and firmly believes in building long-term business relationships through her foundation and reputation in the renewable recruitment industry.
