Andy has been active within the offshore wind industry since 2014, and joined the business as a Senior Account Manager for key offshore wind developers & utilities such as RWE (Innogy/E.ON) and Ørsted, across the UK & Europe.

In 2022 Andy was promoted to our Client Development Manager to assist LSP Renewables with the engagement with our key clients and nurture relationships with our new clients. Andy also takes on the responsibility of training of LSP’s delivery team, to support with the service of our client. Prior to starting his recruitment career, Andy spent a number of years within the media / publishing industry.

Our client wants to set a new ecological benchmark for the development and construction of wind farms in the North Sea and make it possible to build offshore wind farms in the future that have a “net positive impact” on nature. The wind farm will be located near the Dutch coast, the Project leadership team will deliver the execution phase of the project successfully: safely, on time, within budget and at a quality standard enabling the full asset life performance as per the permit and the investment case. Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national environmental laws and regulations. Support the development and implementation of environmental management systems, plans and sustainability programs. Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify potential areas for improvement. Participate in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Assist in organizing and conducting safety training sessions for employees. Collaborate with the security focal to identify and mitigate potential security risks. Assist in developing emergency response plans and procedures, including spill response. The Risk Manager’s role is to drive consistent application of the risk management framework across the business by providing advice, support, scrutiny and tools to maintain adequate risk management practices and culture.
