Kathryn joined LSP in 2020 having worked within the recruitment sector since 2009. As a previous recruiter Kathryn re-trained into marketing achieving a diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2013 and has now stepped in to the role of Operations Manager in 2021. With her insight into the sales and marketing side of recruitment she helps the entire LSP business to operate in a timely and costly manner, being re-active & pro-active.
