LSP have partnered with a leading developer and operator in Europe to recruit a Senior Project Engineer in Milan, Italy to support the business throughout the full lifecycle of Onshore Wind, PV, BESS, and P2X projects, from feasibility and design to RtB and construction. Our client has more than 1700 MW of operating assets under management in several countries across Europe and has been increasing its presence throughout the European market, including Italy. With a large pipeline of projects under development and entering construction in Italy, our client has experienced rapid growth and intends to have a stronger presence in the Italian market.This job offers you the possibility of leading a growing team, while working in a fast-paced environment backed by a large international group.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Development: Site & constraints analysis; Layout design & yield calculation; Permitting design and preparation of relevant documentation; Liaison with statutory stakeholders where relevant (e.g. technical matters, portals etc); Project Engineering support aimed to achieving permitting for viable projects, efficiently; Managing specific work packages in support to the development team. Liaise and work closely with our clients PV and BESS competence centers in layout design and optimization for energy yield, cost efficiency and permitting. This role is to report to the OM Manager.
