Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations and growth, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, ensuring efficient and safe project delivery.
Client Relations: Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with senior management, providing monthly performance reports.
Business Development: Collaborate with the Business Development team to explore and capture growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
Project Management: Proven experience in project management within the power or energy sector.
Offshore Expertise: Knowledge of offshore working practices and the offshore wind industry, including upcoming key projects.
Technical Proficiency: Competency in IT skills, including software such as Motion Kinetic, I Auditor, and Fire Fish.
Formal Training: Formal management training and IOSH or similar certification.
Driving Licence: A full UK drivers' licence.
Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
General QHSE Responsibilities:
Quality: Adhere to client procedures.
Health and Safety: Take reasonable care of personal and others' health and safety, cooperate with employer instructions, and report hazards, illnesses, or injuries.
