Freddie joined LSP in September 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in. Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry. The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more. Freddie's journey at LSP Renewables is just beginning, and he is excited to collaborate with fellow professionals who share his vision for a greener future.

Site Manager - O&M

Role Overview: Embark on a pivotal role that promises to be both challenging and rewarding. As the O&M Site Manager, the primary objective is to ensure the seamless management of the O&M facility. This role encompasses the oversight of all personnel, materials, and equipment on site. Initially, the focus will be on preparing the site for O&M activities (Pre COD), transitioning to maintaining site performance and stakeholder alignment (Post COD). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the O&M facility/harbour in optimal operational condition. - Oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and security responsibilities. - Manage all O&M site personnel. - Serve as the operational first point of contact for construction and O&M contractors. - Develop and implement the O&M Contractor Ramp Up Plan, Yearly O&M Activity Plan, and O&M Site Management Plan. - Establish and manage site-related processes, procedures, and budget. - Foster local stakeholder relationships and manage the Local Stakeholder Management Plan. - Recruit and manage BLP O&M site personnel. - Align with construction and O&M contractors on planned activities. - Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance by O&M contractors, ensuring adherence to budget, HSE, and quality standards. - Collaborate with HV Implementation for recruiting and training site personnel. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness of site-related processes and procedures. - Ensure O&M contractor readiness in terms of processes, training, and reporting. Skills and Experience Required: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a technical lead or in a similar role. - Proven experience in managing a site team. - Fluency in English is essential.
