Freddie joined LSP in September 2023 as his first full time position after finishing his A Levels in June 2023. Freddie brings a range of customer service experience from part time positions he has previously been in.

Freddie will assist our Site team where he will focus on both permanent and contract recruitment within the renewable energy industry.
The areas Freddie will focus on include but are not limited to; CDM, Coating Inspectors, HSE (Advisors and Engineers), Quality (Managers, Engineers and Inspectors - WTG), and more.

JOB ID: #7015 Heavylift Supervisor Location: Taiwan Role Participate in the planning of lifting operations for loadout and installation where required and give feedback to the Appointed Person on the project on all lifting related questions or deviations. Support the mobilization and demobilization of the installation vessel. Act as key contact between the area of work including all lifting operations, and the Installation Lead ensuring that the work assigned to the team including ensuring that documentation is properly planned and executed. Execute the offshore lifting plan on site and coordinate the efficient successful erection of wind turbines and installation in collaboration with the AP, installation lead, riggers, slingers, banksmen, crane operator, the vessel and the customer. Ensure that the lift planning / assessment is complete and reviewed by all participants prior to initiating the lifting operation and carry out required tool box talks. Must direct, supervise and coordinate all lifting operations including the mounting of lifting equipment, according to RAMS and the associated drawings. Ensure that all technicians are competent to perform their task i.e. certificate evidence Ensure that all technicians are aware of their responsibilities and ensure the lifting operation execution requirements in the form of a tool box talk. Lead and supervise all lifting operations, as well as enure the lifting plans are followed at all time, this includes setting up exclusion zones and keeping unauthorized personal clear of the load. Stop the lifting operation if it is considered dangerous to proceed and consult with the installation lead and AP. Must inspect and check all certification of lifting equipment according to the correct standards and codes of practice. (LOLER / BS7121 / PUWER / INS 27212
