Annika Warner

Annika joined LSP Renewables in 2025, bringing recruitment experience across the oil and gas, construction and defence sectors since 2022.

Her background covers both sales and delivery, giving her a well rounded understanding of client needs and candidate engagement. She has worked closely with project teams to support specialist hiring requirements and builds strong relationships that lead to long term collaboration.

At LSP, Annika is part of our Subsea team in the Barrow office, supporting the expansion of our subsea capability. With a strong interest in the future of clean energy, she is motivated to contribute to projects that support the transition to renewable power. She is continuing to develop her expertise in the renewable energy sector while supporting clients across Subsea and Offshore operations.
