At LSP, Annika joins our Subsea team in the Barrow office, where she will play a key role in supporting the expansion of our subsea capability. With a strong interest in the future of clean energy, she is motivated to support the shift towards renewable power and contribute to projects that drive positive change in the industry.

Project Engineer

Position: Project Engineer – Senior Location: Breda Duration: 1 week Start Date: 23rd February End Date: 3rd March 2026 Department Description and responsibilities  As a Project Engineer, you will be integral in preparing and executing various offshore projects, acting as the bridge between the project team and the operational crew. Your role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to our clients mission of sustainable solutions in marine engineering. Primary Tasks and responsibilities Prepare, revise, and approve technical documentation for project design phases, ensuring adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices. Monitor and control costs during project execution. Plan and execute all assigned tasks on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively. Manage vendors and contractors onsite, analyse potential risks, and recommend actions to mitigate issues related to construction (EHS, manpower, logistics). Monitor installation processes Technical profile requirements +7 years of experience in Project Engineering in a marine environment. In-depth understanding of dredging operations and vessel management. In depth trenching experience needed as well as cable installation Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to marine, civil engineering. Non-Technical profile requirements Extensive experience in project management, particularly in dredging and vessel projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations. Methodology/Certification requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Marine Engineering or related field Language proficiencies Fluent speaking and writing English, proficiency in other languages is a major plus.
