Ensure outputs are high-quality, commercially robust, and aligned with lender and investor expectations to support financial close, acquisitions, and asset performance. Provide strategic leadership to the team, manage key client relationships, and oversee delivery quality, commercial risk, and operational monitoring activities. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers within the due diligence team. Oversee project allocation, resource planning, and team capacity management. Define and uphold technical and reporting standards consistent with lender and investor expectations. Lead the review and negotiation of technical and commercial aspects of EPC, O&M, and asset management agreements, ensuring risks are allocated in a manner acceptable to financiers. Support technical aspects of financial close and acquisition processes by coordinating engineering, commercial, and legal workstreams. Identify and manage project risks, escalating when required. This role is ideally suited for a senior finance professional with a strong track record in infrastructure/project finance, and experience across emerging markets or with development finance institutions, funds, developers, or international banks. The Project Director will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transactions, team management, client engagement, and business development efforts, supporting public and private sector clients across high-impact infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities Transaction Delivery & Project Management Lead the delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple workstreams, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and consistency in deliverables. Coordinate closely with transaction teams to support on-ground project development, including engagement with clients, off-takers, lenders, advisors, and other key stakeholders. Oversee financial analysis, commercial due diligence, and the structuring of bankable, financeable infrastructure projects.
