JOB ID: #7099 Site Supervisor Location: UKOur client is looking for a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the management of projects to ensure they run to agreed timescales as efficiently as possible whilst controlling subcontractors, materials, and any on-site issues. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for attending Pre-Start meetings, progress meetings, and project handovers. The desirable candidate will have previous background and experience in cable jointing or civil engineering (e.g., LV Jointing, Substation fit outs etc.) Key Responsibilities Be proactive in delivering site progress. Put forward suggestions for improvement of any processes. Frequent communication with project stakeholders Ensure site operatives adhere to health and safety regulations. Ownership and accountability for planning manpower efficiently and effectively Monitor site to ensure efficiency and productivity on projects within agreed Manage Operatives and Subcontractors, carrying out Quality of Works (QoW) & H&S Audits Ensure site installations are carried out to standard expected by ENVEVO/Client/relevant regulations. Liaise with key stakeholders, personnel and local authorities; attend all relevant Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with Project Manager Assist Project Manager on achieving KPIs. Assist in cost control initiatives within the department. Highlight any variations required on projects to Project Manager Identify material requirements for projects and business activities. Assist in the selection of sub-contractors’ quotations with Project Manager/Commercial Ensure all personnel are inducted prior to going on site. Follow processes and procedures. Requirements Full UK Driving License is essential. SSSTS or SMSTS is desirable. NRSWA Emergency First Aid at Work Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Previous team leader experience would be beneficial. Good PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good health and safety knowledge and practices

LSP are partnered with one of the world’s leading EPC service providers in the development, construction and operation of solar power plants to recruit for a Site Manager to be responsible for utility scale PV site in Dunfermline. Our client has developed into an international company with around 500 employees in five different countries. They have a total output of more than 4 GW worldwide and takes care of 1.7 GW of PV plants.  Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Employer with key stakeholders, including Clients, ICP’s, DNO’s, Subcontractors, Landowner’s, OEM’s, Technical Advisors etc.Management of key project resources including engineering team, on site quality managers, subcontractors and suppliers.On site management of utility scale solar PV and Battery Storage projects.Reviewing works against quality and contractual requirements.Responsibility for ensuring the highest HSQE standards are always maintained on site and in compliance with UK HSE and CDM regulations.Timely preparation of site HSE, progress and quality reporting.Coordination of subcontractors and all on site activities.Ensure site documentation is prepared and delivered for project handover and O&M or safety file compilation.Identify and escalate any risks to budget, programme or quality to Project Management team.Manage materials, logistics and deliveries on site.Interface management between stakeholders including: ICP, subcontractors, landowners, DNO’s, Client etc. Skills RequiredPrevious experience as Site Manager on utility scale solar PV projects (20MW+) is highly desirable.Experience of constructing ‘Tracker’ mounting structure a plus.SMSTS trained.Black CSCS card preferable.Strong preference for NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK).First Aid trained a plus.Fluent in English. Our client is one of the pioneering players in the renewable energy market with more than 2.2 GW of secured pipeline and constructed solar power plants globally. Our client delivers first class EPC and O&M services, develops and builds high-quality full turnkey solar power plants around the globe. Responsibilities Managing the construction and everything happening on-site, overseeing the entire construction site from start to finish – from preparing the mock-up table and obtaining client approval for technical solutions, through mobilizing the construction, conducting it in accordance with construction law, occupational health and safety (BHP), and fire protection regulations, to demobilizing it. Ensuring timeliness, quality, and costs. Being the first point of contact for construction-related matters, both internally and with the client. Other tasks include planning short and long-term activities, managing construction teams, coordinating subcontractors and external teams, actively communicating with specific departments in the company to ensure the smooth flow of resources and construction operation, material acceptance, supervision of their quality and quantity, inventory, registration, and monitoring of machinery and equipment on the construction site, driving a company car, and regular reporting. Requirements Category B driver's license English language proficiency - minimum B2 Higher technical education in energy, construction, or related fields Authorization to lead construction works without restrictions - preferred Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction manager or coordinator of construction works, or 4 years as an engineer in electrical/construction works, in the photovoltaic industry Availability and authorization to work throughout Europe Openness to business trips in cycles
