As the Senior Construction Manager, your main role will be to oversee and manage the construction of our clean energy installations. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and applicable European and international HSE regulations. Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation throughout all project phases, from design to decommissioning. Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation. Promote a proactive safety culture through training, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
