Rosie joined LSP in April 2025 as a Contracts & Compliance Associate. She will be supporting the sales team with all contract and compliance-related duties, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and contractor agreements, ensuring regulatory adherence, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Rosie will also play a key role in streamlining internal processes, assisting with audits, and supporting the onboarding of new clients and contractors to ensure full compliance from the outset. Her proactive approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in mitigating risk and upholding LSP’s commitment to operational excellence.
