Key Responsibilities:

- Provide daily administrative support to the PAC team.
- Coordinate team activities and manage travel arrangements.
- Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing team members.
- Manage digital translations and PAC documents.
- Arrange and manage both internal and external meetings.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
- Support the team in various daily tasks, including workshops, team events, and site visits.
- Interface with other departments and the management board to complete team tasks.
- Prepare presentations for monthly, management board, and technical meetings.
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
- Manage project presentations and document management.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Must be able to speak Polish & English fluently
- Proven experience in administrative support tasks.
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing travel arrangements and team activities.
- Competence in preparing and managing presentations and meeting minutes.
- Ability to interface effectively with different departments and management levels.
- Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
