Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project budgets and manage project schedules to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Support the development, tendering, and negotiation of construction contracts (EPC, FIDIC, etc.).
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Principal Contractors, DNOs, Owner’s Engineers, and local councils.
- Conduct site visits, track construction progress, and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Perform risk assessments and proactively address technical or commercial issues.
- Ensure adherence to Our Client’s Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and assist in the handover to the operations and maintenance team.
- Provide support to the Construction Director, including contributions to due diligence efforts and CAPEX/OPEX benchmarking.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of project management for electricity-related construction projects.
- Familiarity with EPC, FIDIC (or equivalent) structures and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Procore and knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.

Qualifications:

- University Degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince II, MBA) is an advantage.
