Role Overview:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning

- Oversee cash flow management, fund allocation, and capital expenditure planning.
- Maintain banking credit relationships and develop financing and investment strategies.

3. Financial Reporting and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the preparation of financial statements and tax filings in compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and regularly report financial status to senior management and the board of directors.

4. Internal Controls and Risk Management
- Establish robust financial systems and internal control processes to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Manage audit issues and legal risks, handling external financial communications.

5. Budget Management and Performance Tracking
- Lead the preparation and control of the annual budget, setting and tracking financial performance indicators.
- Analyze cost structures and operational efficiency, providing optimization suggestions.

6. Financial Team Leadership and System Development
- Lead the finance and accounting team, focusing on talent development and system improvement.
- Plan organisational roles to enhance team efficiency and adaptability.

7. External Liaison and Investor Relations
- Handle financial communications with the board of directors, banks, auditors, and other parties.
- Support public financial disclosures, investor conferences, and investor relations management.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Strong background in fund management and capital operations.
- Expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability in budget management and performance tracking.
- Leadership experience in managing finance teams and developing systems.
