• Developed and implemented the Project Quality Management Plan, aligning quality objectives, processes, and documentation (e.g., PQP, ITP, Audit Plan) with contractors, certifying bodies, and regulatory stakeholders such as KESCO
• Led quality oversight across multiple Supply and T&I work packages, managing ITPs, Notices of Inspection (NoIs), and ensuring alignment with both internal and external quality requirements.
• Directed site-level quality operations, overseeing quality leads and inspectors across global fabrication yards, pre-assembly sites, and offshore locations to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Conducted audits in line with ISO 19011, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) requirements, while driving nonconformity resolution and continuous improvement.
• Implemented and maintained a project-wide quality IT system, ensuring traceability and management of open points, NCRs, and corrective actions across all work packages.
• Managed third-party inspection interfaces, including the procurement and coordination of external quality service providers in support of various engineering and construction scopes.
• Provided strategic leadership and reporting, leading a multidisciplinary quality team, coordinating cross-functional support, and delivering regular updates to the EPC Director, PMO, and package managers.

To be successful in this role, what you will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in large-scale EPC(I) environments, with proven expertise in quality management—preferably within offshore wind, oil & gas, shipbuilding, civil infrastructure, petrochemical, or rail sectors.
• Proficient in international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 19011; familiarity with APQP4Wind is a plus
• Experienced in managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary work packages, ensuring quality compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, IEC, and relevant industry-specific guidelines, with demonstrated ability to apply standards across diverse project contexts.
• Effective communicator and leader, capable of collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
