Role Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe working practices are in place, report incidents, undertake risk assessments and audits, and promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
- Perform SAP duties as required, reporting to the Lead SAP.
- Produce and review switching schedules.
- Provide isolations and safety documentation.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of HV/LV systems.
- Provide personal supervision where required.
- Conduct and review risk assessments.
- Drive the commissioning process by representing project standards for safety and quality, with scope to develop personal competencies under the WTSRs and commissioning walkdowns.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Full GWO certification: Sea Survival, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights.
- Offshore medical certificate including Chester Step.
- Offshore HUET.
- Knowledge of WTG WTSR and Model Distribution Safety Rules.
- Experience with WTGs, TPs, IACs, and OSP/OSSs.
- ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Current Senior Authorised Person authorisation to 66KV or above.
- 33kV SAPs with multi-feed experience will also be considered.
