An esteemed client is seeking a highly skilled O&M Offtake Implementation Lead to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all governance, systems, and processes needed for implementing PPA and managing off-taker relations are in place.
- Familiarise yourself with Polish law impacting PPA.
- Provide input during PPA negotiations with off-takers.
- Challenge off-takers to ensure they have a set-up that maximises the PPA's value.

Major Tasks:

- Ensure the client has an organisational set-up that optimises the PPA's value.
- Establish relevant procedures, processes, and internal controls.
- Align with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process implementation, from forecasting to payment.
- Develop and implement a process for forecasting available MW and communicating this to off-takers.
- Identify, implement, and test relevant software for forecasting and communication before first power.
- Verify the correct value of payments from off-takers against delivered/forecasted production.
- Train personnel on software, procedures, and processes before first power.
- Review and confirm the off-taker's preparedness in terms of processes, resources, technical aspects, IT and cybersecurity, and legal aspects.
- Conduct dry runs with the off-taker before the start of power generation.

Key Deliverables:

- A fully functional set-up of the PPA process under the client's Asset Management organisation from first power.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of PPA and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and forecasting tools.
- Strong organisational and process implementation skills.
- Ability to train and familiarise teams with new systems and processes.
