Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a robust local HR organisation as the dedicated HR contact.
- Steer and develop Danish HR topics within a matrix organisation.
- Ensure legal compliance with Danish labour laws and regional workers councils.
- Revise and create local agreements to align with legal and union requirements.
- Implement and optimise HR processes, policies, and collective agreements.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, onboarding, restructuring, and performance management.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and handle HR inquiries for approximately 160 local employees.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Extensive HR expertise and knowledge of Danish labour law.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Pragmatic and fact-focused attitude with a high level of resilience.
- Strong decision-making skills, even with incomplete information.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
