Role Overview:
The Offshore Project Manager will be responsible for leading offshore projects, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach to managing project logistics, personnel, and equipment, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Exemplify and enforce HSE standards, conduct project briefings, and manage risk assessments.
- Communication: Maintain open lines with the client’s offshore representative and the Project Manager, addressing issues cooperatively.
- Contract Management: Ensure all contract details are meticulously addressed, safeguarding the company’s commercial and legislative interests.
- Coordination: Oversee third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with requirements and efficient task execution.
- Maintenance Oversight: Collaborate with the Dive Technician to manage dive system maintenance and certification.
- Team Building: Foster a cooperative environment, encouraging team development and maintaining high morale.
- Strategic Awareness: Demonstrate business acumen and strategic development understanding.
- Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate equipment movements, maintenance, and certification.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure all personnel meet requirements and are familiar with equipment and procedures.
- Emergency Preparedness: Ensure all personnel understand emergency procedures and conduct regular drills.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Extensive Offshore Experience: Minimum of 15 years in offshore roles.
- DP Vessel Expertise: At least 5 years of cumulative experience with DP vessels.
- Diving Operations: Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an offshore surface supplied diver and supervisor.
- Certifications: ADC/IMCA Supervisor Certificate, current Topside Medical, Offshore Survival/Firefighting certificate.
