Are you an experienced professional in the Offshore renewable industry seeking a dynamic and impactful role? Our client is in search of a dedicated Client Representative,  to join their team on an Installation Support Vessel (T&T). Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the adherence to the Project’s HSE Plan, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.
- Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR), documenting progress, mechanical breakdowns, and weather downtimes.
- Conduct onsite reviews of as-built documentation, focusing on cable installation and test and termination documentation.
- Ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements, maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Participate in daily meetings, toolbox talks, and project meetings, escalating issues as necessary.
- Monitor Safety Observations Cards (SOCs) and report any concerns to Offshore Site Management and the HSE team.
- Act as a witness during key installation activities and conduct HS&E inspections when required.
- Participate in safety walks and report any safety-related observations.
- Assist in incident/accident investigations, gathering detailed information to support the process.
- Support the Packages Quality Manager in walkdowns, progress monitoring, and identification of non-conformance.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar offshore renewable industry roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of offshore construction contracts and the implications of breakdowns, delays, and weather downtimes.
- Profound understanding of offshore operations, particularly subsea ROV operations and cable test and termination activities.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, ensuring operations comply with contractual requirements.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including IMO and IMCA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.

Certifications:
- GWO Training: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling.
- Current valid medical certificate and exams for offshore work.
- Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet). 
- Optional: GIS (QGIS/ARC GIS) and drafting software (DWGtrueview, AutoCAD or similar).
- Experience with inspection/auditing software in a construction environment (desirable).
