Role Overview:

The O&M Director will take full responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of the wind farm Operations & Maintenance (O&M) system across the Europe region. This includes resource allocation, operational process optimisation, and the implementation of quality and safety standards. The goal is to achieve optimal regional operational performance and support the company’s global O&M strategy deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the O&M readiness work during the construction phase of projects, including solution design, cost and budget control, personnel and material preparation, as well as risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Establish and continuously optimise customer site issue response and resolution mechanisms, acting as the primary customer interface.
- Strategically build and develop the localised O&M team, enhancing technical support, fault handling, HSE management, and overall operational adaptability.
- Develop and manage the local O&M supply chain, ensuring alignment with technical standards and quality requirements.
- Lead technical reviews and risk assessments of O&M contracts, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and other relevant functions.
- Participate in the implementation and advancement of strategic projects, supporting new project bidding, technical solution reviews, customer relationship development, and market trend analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Extensive experience in O&M management within the renewable energy sector, particularly wind farms.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational process optimisation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and outsourced service ecosystems.
- Expertise in technical review, risk assessment, and compliance processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to support strategic projects and market analysis.
