Role Responsibilities:
- Represent at OSS Offshore locations, acting as a key contact.
- Manage commissioning planning for two OSS Platforms within the schedule.
- Oversee commissioning engineers, supervisors, and client representatives at the OSS.
- Confirm milestones like SAT and Mechanical Completion.
- Coordinate interfaces with third-party equipment and monitor progress.
- Participate in site testing and delegate tasks to supervisors.
- Review supplier ITPs and procedures for compliance with standards.
- Report progress daily and weekly to the Commissioning Manager and OSS Package Manager.
- Contribute to project evaluation and propose mitigation measures for issues.
- Ensure commissioning activities are documented and forecast upcoming activities.
- Coordinate site commissioning meetings and manage NCRs and punch list activities.
- Provide on-job training to O&M resources and act as a contact for the electrical safety manager.
- Plan integration testing with WTG/ONS O&M and ensure timely documentation for TSO approvals.
Key Deliverables:
- Comment sheets leading to final specifications and designs
- HAT and SAT reports
- Commissioning reports for packages, systems, and subsystems
- Weekly reports
- SNAG list
- NCR list
- Input to Programme
- Input to offshore commissioning schedules
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree at M.Sc. level or similar, in electrical engineering/power systems engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience
