Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Activity Recording: Maintain an accurate record of all installation activities throughout the execution phase.
- Procedure Compliance: Ensure that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the Contractor.
- Safety and Quality Management: Proactively manage safety and quality, acting and leading by example according to company values.
- Daily Progress Reports: Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and ensure they are signed by all required parties.
- Meeting Participation: Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks, and other discussions to ensure safe and quality execution of works.
- On-Site Presence: Be present during key activities and as often as practicable to witness installations and screen progress reporting tools used by the Contractor.
- Safety Walks: Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives from company and Contractor organisations.
- Reporting: Report incidents and safety walk observations as supervised by the specific package and project.

Qualifications and Experience:

Mandatory:
- GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
- HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET and EBS (STASS, HEED or EBS)
- OEUK (or equivalent) medical certificate including Chester Step
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in seabed boulder clearance/seabed preparation operations (ROV grab, PLGR, cable cutting etc.)

Preferred:
- LOLER and CDM
- Marine awareness qualifications as required by the package role
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as offshore client representative
- IT proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet); company DPR and reporting tools
