Our client are looking for a Regional Project Manager for their Manufacturing Facilities and Infrastructure Construction across the UK, Europe, Middle East & North Africa. Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management  Oversee the full lifecycle management of industrial plant and facility construction projects, from initial site surveys, site selection, planning application submission and approval, EIS, design review, tendering, procurement, and construction management to final handover and post-completion rectifications. Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and regulatory requirements (e.g., BREEAM, Made Smarter in UK).  Lead project planning across all phases, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and commissioning. Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, designers, cost consultants, and other specialists to develop detailed project execution plans.  Support risk management throughout the project lifecycle, identifying potential risks (e.g., resource shortages, regulatory changes, labour shortages), conducting risk analysis, and proposing mitigation measures.  Design & Technical Management  Actively participate in the design phase, liaising closely with UK-based design firms and China-based teams to align technical standards (e.g., differences between Chinese GB and UK BS/EN/GCC standards). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control and information management within the energy or infrastructure sectors, with hands-on experience using both Aconex and DORECO platforms. Key Responsibilities: Review and clean up erroneous and messy documentation in Aconex. Transfer and organize finalized documentation into DORECO. Resolve outstanding documentation issues related to current operational projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders involved in a divestment process, ensuring that all required documentation is in place and correctly formatted. Rectify metadata errors and ensure data consistency across systems. Support the completion of outstanding documentation deliverables, especially within the OSS (Offshore Substation) and WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) scopes. Review and validate contractor engineering deliverables, including ampacity calculations, type testing, FAT, jointing, termination, SAT, and commissioning processes. Collaborate closely with the Cables Package Manager and internal cross-functional teams, maintaining strong communication across project interfaces. The FOU T&I Manager will oversee the Transportation and Installation (T&I) activities for the WTG Foundations (FOU) for our cilents offshore wind project. This role involves managing interfaces, reviewing engineering documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of T&I activities. The FOU T&I Manager will also mentor junior engineer(s), work closely with the appointed Contract Manager and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Key Accountabilities Project Management and Coordination Organise technical meetings, prepare MoM with the T&I Contractor and monitor and pursue actions from that. Liaise with FOU Package Manager to resolve interface-related issues with T&I contractor, pin piles and jackets fabricator and designer and ensure alignment across packages. Ensure project deliverables as required in the Employer Requirements and Interface Registers are met. Review and challenge the T&I Programme to ensure it aligns with project milestones and deadlines. Review and challenge claims from T&I contractor to ensure budget and schedule control in close cooperation with Contract Manager and BOP T&I Package Manager.
