Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a challenging role that offers both professional growth and the chance to work on cutting-edge projects? This position promises a dynamic work environment, transitioning from a traditional Monday–Friday schedule to an exciting rotational offshore schedule by Q3/Q4 2025. Initially, remote work is expected, with the flexibility of a 14/14 rotation until sail-away, depending on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a role model within the Commissioning Management Team.
- Maintain real-time knowledge of ongoing work and job priorities.
- Manage power distributions of the Offshore Wind Project (OWP).
- Monitor and operate the OWP locally and via SCADA, if required.
- Ensure strict adherence to project Safety Rules.
- Develop and implement safe processes for first energisations.
- Create and verify switching schedules.
- Assume responsibility as the Person in Control of the electrical installation during work.
- Monitor, approve, and issue safety documents.
- Safely operate the plant under Wind Electrical Safety Rules and other procedures.
- Assist with Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
- Manage HV safety from the system and ensure a safe HV workplace.
- Create and manage processes and procedures, including handover documentation and input to WESR and other safety rules.
- Manage software-oriented processes such as Permit to Work (PtW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in HV commissioning and operations under electrical safety rules.
- Proficient in creating and managing safety documentation and switching schedules.
- Familiarity with electrical regulations and procedures relevant to operating high voltage networks.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Polish is desirable.

This role sits within the Electrical Package, reporting directly to the HV Operation Commissioning Management Team. The successful candidate will spend time on ONS/OSS during the commissioning period to learn the systems and witness testing during the commissioning period.
