Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality service to project managers, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior planners, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Review contract documentation, highlighting key schedule and tracking requirements.
- Develop construction schedules based on high-level targets and work breakdown structures (WBS) from project managers.
- Support client schedule negotiations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Labour and metrics load schedules based on inputs from the commercial team.
- Develop trackers and reporting templates, ensuring accurate and timely project updates.
- Create fully integrated construction schedules in collaboration with main contractors and project managers.
- Measure and track weekly progress, validating with the commercial team every 2-3 weeks.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks to the project team and lead planner.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in project planning within multi-disciplined, multi-sector environments.
- Strong ability to develop and manage construction schedules, including labour and metrics loading.
- Proficient in negotiating and influencing favourable outcomes in client schedule discussions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, fact-based answers to key management questions.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior planners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
- Proficiency in developing trackers, reporting templates, and integrated schedules.
