Interim Works Manager/Engineer (THY) – Port of Thyboron, Denmark

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and accompany transport and installation concepts for offshore wind turbines, foundations, inter-array cables, and other essential components.
- Develop project schedules and assess budget requirements.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of technical documents.
- Participate in technical contract negotiations and agree on timeframes and installation procedures with suppliers.
- Prepare for the offshore installation phase and manage interfaces across all work packages, including foundation structures and wind turbines.
- Enhance technical aspects, systems, assets, and processes within the package.
- Support interface management with authorities and governmental bodies.
- Coordinate and control offshore construction activities, focusing on interim/snagging works, field preparation, construction office, and warehouse management.
- Develop and coordinate interim works within the RWE scope, including requirement collection, scope definition, time schedule planning, and cost estimation.
- Support project-specific risk and quality planning.

Skills and Experience Required:

- BSc or other relevant Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Significant experience in the offshore wind industry (5+ years).
- High level of interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-project and cross-package involvement and interfaces.
- Strong focus on detail and interface management.
- Ability to operate autonomously.
- Fluent English speaker; Danish and/or German is an advantage.
