Lead Senior Authorised Person (Lead Operational Controller)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote switching operations and authorise the de/re-activation of parts of the electrical installation.
- Plan and prepare electrical works as delegated by the PREI, ensuring all activities affecting the HV system are communicated effectively.
- Safeguard the system and individuals during abnormal occurrences, initiating site-specific emergency response procedures as needed.
- Monitor the Windfarm SCADA systems, respond to alarms, and maintain a log of all operational activities.
- Train O&M staff to take over control operations and liaise with the TSO for boundary co-ordination and safety precautions.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in HV commissioning and operations under electrical safety rules.
- Familiarity with safety documentation, switching schedules, and electrical regulations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Polish is desirable.
- Ability to manage power distributions, monitor and operate the BLP OWP, and provide rapid restoration in case of faults.
- Strong leadership skills to act as a role model and ensure adherence to project safety rules.

The successful candidate will spend time on ONS/OSS during the commissioning period to learn the systems and witness testing.
