Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in project planning within multi-disciplined, multi-sector environments. - Strong ability to develop and manage construction schedules, including labour and metrics loading. - Proficient in negotiating and influencing favourable outcomes in client schedule discussions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, fact-based answers to key management questions. - Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding junior planners. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively. - Proficiency in developing trackers, reporting templates, and integrated schedules.
