Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on QHSE matters, conduct training sessions, and lead toolbox meetings.
- Execute audits and inspections to ensure QHSE program effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements and ensure their implementation.
- Conduct internal risk assessments and support QHSE system enhancements.
- Communicate critical QHSE issues and initiatives to the department.
- Assist in incident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Stay updated with country labour legislation and codes of practice.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Over 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of VCA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Pragmatic, proactive, and forward-thinking approach.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Critical and analytical thinking, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Educational and Certification Requirements:

- MSc Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Alternatively, MSc Degree in Safety Engineering with prevention advisor level 1.
- Required certifications: RSPP sections A, B, C.

Language Proficiency:

- Native Italian speaker.
- Fluent in English.

Location:

- 100% onsite with occasional travel required.
