Kyri began his recruitment career in 2013, gaining valuable experience in Oil, Gas, and Renewables. Since 2015, he has worked closely with many of the leading offshore wind developers and utilities, meeting their staffing needs for both permanent and contract positions across the UK, Europe, and Asia. He has also served as a Senior Account Manager for key clients, building long-lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

Kyri joined LSP in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager and has recently transitioned into the role of Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing our delivery team to ensure that all client requirements are met with the highest level of service and efficiency.

Our esteemed client is seeking a seasoned HSSE Manager to lead a team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across both onshore and offshore operations. Key Responsibilities: - HSSE Leadership & Governance: Establish and communicate HSSE expectations, prepare updates for the Board, and coordinate governance and crisis management. - Systems of Work: Develop and maintain HSSE management systems, implement risk management, and ensure robust organisational learning and performance reporting. - HSSE Support Management: Deliver HSSE activities to support safe, compliant, and reliable operations during construction and future projects. - Regulator Engagement & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSSE legislation, maintain key approvals, and manage relationships with regulatory bodies such as HSE UK and the Environment Agency. Essential Qualifications and Experience: - A degree in a related discipline (Engineering or Science) or equivalent experience.- NEBOSH qualification at Certificate level or higher. - Over 15 years of relevant experience in HSSE, operational, or project roles, ideally within high hazard industries such as Chemicals, Refining, or Oil &; Gas. - Proven ability to manage complex regulatory relationships, including experience with COMAH and Environmental Permits. - Strong influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders, and a deep understanding of governance processes. Desirable Experience: - Experience with carbon capture and storage project development, construction, or operations - HSSE management experience in utilities or other low-margin, government-regulated businesses. - Familiarity with UK permits and consenting processes. - Experience engaging with local project stakeholders.
