Since 2015 Kyri has worked in partnership with many of the leading offshore wind developers & utilities, servicing their requirements for permanent & contract personnel across the UK, Europe & Asia and as a Senior Account Manager for key clients.

Kyri joined us in 2019 as a Senior Account Manager, and has recently stepped into his new role as Head of Key Accounts & Delivery. Kyri is responsible for the management of our delivery team to ensure all requirements are serviced to the highest level.

JOB ID: #6942Engineer - T&I Location: Warsaw Our client is looking for a T&I ENGINEER to support the FOU T&I Manager with the day -today execution of the FOU T&I contract and work with internal teams to ensure FOU T&I scope is delivered to project requirements (inc. ESG, Consents, HSE and Quality) You will also be expected to manage tasks given by the FOU T&I Manager, to split management tasks and optimise team resources. Key Responsibilities Report to FOU T&I Manager. Deliver FOU T&I Contract, in compliance with project FID requirements (HSE, Quality, ESG, Consents). Manage FOU T&I programme and deliver works on time and on budget. Identify any changes or gaps in FOU T&I scope and work with Change. Management / PMO teams to manage changes, risk register and budgets. .Draft FOU T&I Contractor communications to be issued by Package Manager. Support other T&I work streams, including OSS, CAB, WTG and Construction T&I (MWS, MCC etc). Manage the FOU T&I interface with FOU Supply and Design. Manage in part or fully the FOU T&I specification/contracting process in cooperation with the FOU and T&I package. Support or lead on FOU T&I interfaces with other packages. Ensure compliance with PMO processes and provide input and updates (schedule, risk, budget, interface register). Input to the Regulatory team for the consenting process. Follow of harbour & offshore logistic concept and management plan. Analyse and coordinate the overall FOU T&I logistics. Analyse, recommend and optimize offshore installation concepts and installation procedures. Coordinate technical studies such as transport, pilling, noise and lifting assessments etc. Develop the Employer’s Requirements, specifications, design and technical documents for the Package, including both execution and operations needs. Manage the technical requirements of the procurement and supply of the Packages agreement. Monitor contractor operations (including vessel and yard works), and manage site/offshore Client Representatives. Deliver Package documentation and input as agreed with FOU Package manager Maintain package interface, risk registers . Contribute to monthly reports and package budgeting/cash flow plans. Development of SOW and review of offers to support procurement of package contracts, including assistance with Construction Team scope (e.g. MWS & Client Reps). Qualifications Offshore experience installing monopiles and TPs for a T&I contractor. Mechanical Engineer or similar qualification. Min 5 years experience working for a marine transport and installation contractor.

As Construction Manager, you will be accountable for preparation for and construction of Gravity Based Substructure (GBS) foundation. This will include setting the construction strategy, informing the design, and consenting processes, establishing a team, completing yard preparation, constructing the foundation, and handing over to the T&I team.The successful candidate will build a culture that enables high quality foundation delivery by Contractors and run works with project multi-functional and cross-discipline organizations. This role is essential in ensuring safe construction operations and will act as the site safety lead. Reports to the Foundation Package Manager and is a member of the Package Leadership Team. The Foundation Construction Manager will lead a diverse construction management team to achieve construction quality and construction performance and ensure delivery of construction targets that include site HSSE performance, regulations compliance, and achievement of construction cost & schedule targets through to mechanical completion. Key Accountabilities: Safety Leadership Responsible for leading safe project construction performance by defining and performing to the HSE standards and performance targets on the construction sites. Site Safety Leader responsible for driving safety performance ahead of field entry and through work in the field. Promotes HSE campaigns along with HSE manager. Construction Leadership Leads construction strategy and work scope development then ensures delivery within the plan (including organizational change). Responsible for ensuring best construction practices and relevant lessons from other projects are applied by the project. Works hand in hand with Engineering, Transport & Installation and Operations to establish the most efficient path through the project. Leads team integration and team alignment with all parties/ groups associated with project construction goals. Ensures that all construction processes are there and being followed. Ensures the full and accurate implementation of the construction execution plans. Ensures that appropriate assurance and control processes are in place prior to proceeding with significant construction activities. Provides assurance to Package Manager that construction requirements are satisfied. Leads construction reviews (and contributes to other functional reviews) and implements the construction self-verification programme, particularly for the start of new activity. Education Required Engineering degree or equivalent PMP, Chartered Engineering (or equivalent) qualification Essential Experience and Job Requirements: Extensive & demonstrated experience of leading major energy project construction works through FEED & Implement stages. The RoleOn behalf of our client, we are seeking an Electrical and Electronic Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis. As an Electrical and Electronic Engineer, you will provide engineering design solutions, life engineering support and will monitor product ranges working for the electrical, electronics and software engineering team. Your work can vary from new product design to meeting client or internal specifications through to supporting an existing client’s request to upgrade or change equipment in the field. Key Accountabilities Your key accountabilities within this role will include design input to new products, engineering support to existing product ranges, assessment of technical queries, providing solutions and liaising with internal departments such as procurement and production to ensure the achievement of best results. You will also source materials and components, create specifications, proposals, assembly instructions, test procedures, certifications and reports. You will check detailed manufacturing drawings and act as the technical approver of drawings and documentation generated within the electrical and electronic products team. There will also be some requirement to visit other sites and client assets.
