Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Feasibility: Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, define requirements, and prepare quotations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring & Control: Track project progress, control costs, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Define objectives, distribute tasks, and develop team competencies. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- HSE & Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with QHSE standards and company policies. Lead by example in enforcing safety practices.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Registration with the Portuguese Professional Engineers Association (Ordem dos Engenheiros).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in photovoltaic power projects and 2 years in similar functions. Project Management degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Language Skills: Advanced English and good command of Spanish (preferable).
- Other: Valid driver’s license (type B).
