Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning processes.
- Establish and maintain effective project controlling, including variance analysis and monthly evaluations.
- Manage intercompany charging processes, including transfer pricing and tax-compliant execution.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with local tax advisors and the corporate tax team.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage risk and insurance matters.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- A university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
- A minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in a senior finance or commercial role, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in UK GAAP; CPA qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience in project controlling, particularly within project-based industries such as construction, infrastructure, energy, or plant engineering.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- An entrepreneurial, pragmatic, hands-on, and assertive personality.
- A strategic mindset with robust analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
