Francesca became involved in the renewable energy industry in 2009 where she was a HR Advisor to Orsted (formerly Dong Energy). Francesca joined LSP at inception after completing a Master's degree focused in Human Resource Management and Recruitment from the University of Kent.

She is an experienced Senior Consultant, with a demonstrated history of working as a HR Generalist and Senior Recruiter. Skilled in; Talent Acquisition, HR Policies, Employee Relations and Performance Management.
