As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of photovoltaic power projects, ensuring their seamless execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in site preparation activities, including electrical setup of storage areas and temporary security systems.
- Support the preparation of contracts with subcontractors.
- Analyse and monitor execution plans, ensuring their proper implementation on-site.
- Ensure the supply and storage of materials, structural, and electrical elements.
- Define and ensure proper site layout according to execution plans.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, disseminating information to teams on-site.
- Allocate workload within your area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with contractual relationships.
- Collect necessary information for reporting and escalate concerns to superiors.
- Maintain good relations with local residents and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards during construction activities.

Reporting Activity:

- Prepare activity monitoring reports with daily progress status of electrical work packages.
- Control progress schedules and make necessary adjustments to adhere to deadlines and budget.
- Raise alerts to the Project Manager in case of deviations from the planned schedule.
- Regularly review progress with the Project Manager to track overall construction advancement.
- Complete the HSE indicators tracking file to ensure compliance with company requirements.

Requirements:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Registered with the Portuguese Professional Engineers Association.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in photovoltaic power projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVsyst (other Electrical Engineering software is a plus).
- Advanced English reading, writing, and speaking skills (preferable).
- Valid driver’s license (type B).
