The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A and project finance transactions in renewable energy.

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and structure financing solutions.

• Conduct market and company research to support deal origination and execution.

• Assist in coordinating and reviewing technical, financial, and legal due diligence.

• Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, pitch decks, and client presentations.

• Collaborate closely with Associates and VPs, gaining mentorship and client exposure.

Candidate Profile

• 6-24 months of experience in investment banking, advisory, project finance, or related roles (internships may count).

• Strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and the energy transition.

• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; strong analytical ability.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.

• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
