Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Package team within a major offshore wind development. The role will support the Package Manager in delivering all aspects of the WTG scope, ensuring compliance with project requirements, schedule, budget, and safety standards throughout the execution of the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and co-manage all package activities alongside the WTG Package Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project processes, policies, procedures, and safety philosophy.
• Support delivery of the package scope on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Promote a strong HSSE culture in all aspects of work and assist in managing HSSE risks within the package.
• Deputise for the WTG Package Manager when required and manage delegated tasks effectively.
• Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate package interfaces with engineering, foundation, electrical, procurement, and regulatory teams.
• Monitor and control package budget, schedule, and quality performance.
• Participate in the execution of the Turbine Supply Agreement and related package activities.
• Provide input to business case development, CfD, and EU submissions.
• Contribute to the preparation of Employer’s Requirements, specifications, and design documents.
• Capture lessons learned and share best practices across the wider project team.

 

Key Deliverables:

• Package plans, reports, and designs.
• Package assumption book and supporting documentation.
• Knowledge sharing and lessons learned records.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline (BSc, MSc, or equivalent).
• 3+ years of relevant project experience within wind turbine, renewable energy, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project interfaces.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to project delivery.
