Our client are looking for an experienced Client Representative Offshore, who shall ensure that specific tasks are completed safely, on time, and with due-consideration and attention to the project requirements (RAMS) for the assigned scope of work. Key Accountabilities Review and understand the Project’s HSE Plan including the Emergency Response Plan and ensure Contractor adheres to the HSE requirements; Review health and safety documents as required before execution phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents; Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) which will include progress of the works, mechanical breakdown, weather downtime etc. and ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties (as appropriate); Support the prioritisation and coordination of works, including coordination of required resources and communicate requirements to the Offshore Site Management Team. Support logistic planning and crew changes and cargo runs to/from onshore. Ensure Contractor compliance with technical/operational requirements and that works are executed in a safe manner and to the required quality; Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and other discussions as well as package/project meetings. Aligning and escalating topics (as necessary) to the Offshore Site Management. Participate in pre- and post-project meetings to review performance, lessons learned, and future improvements. Monitor Safety Observations Cards (SOCs) during daily meetings and ensure they are recorded within the DPR. Highlight any of particular note or concern toward Offshore Site Management and HSE team. Our client are looking for a Project Development Lead who will be in charge of developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining government relationships and advising on relevant renewable policies. You will build up a pipeline of utility scale projects in the early-stage development through self-development, tender bidding, and acquisitions. You will drive the origination process through collaboration with the team from pre-investment feasibility study, commercial negotiation, 3rd party due diligence, through project signing and facilitating relationship management post-signing through COD.  These projects will supply power either under Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) arrangements with the local authority or corporate PPAs with credit worthy counterparties.   In addition, the role will lead the commercial negotiation of term sheets/MOUs and CPPAs, shareholder agreements, joint development agreements, project agreements, including but not limited to land development service agreement, and development service agreement. The role must have a strong network within the central and local government, understanding of the renewable policies, and regulations and experience with power project development, government tender process, technical due diligence, and land aggregation process in the country. A proven track record of completed development of utility-scale solar and/or onshore wind projects through NTP and into COD is a strong foundation for the role. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the development and implementation of the BD strategy and plan and to grow the project development pipeline through self-developed projects, tender bidding, acquisitions, and partnerships. Lead the identification of new opportunities and build up a development pipeline that leads to the country’s long term business plan of becoming a leading IPP. Develop and maintain active dialogues with central and local governments to promote renewable energy development and implementation. Monitor and track regulatory policy development and suggest changes accordingly to allow a successful implementation of the country business plan and progressing project permitting. Build and manage relationships with industry associations, market participants, potential clients, development partners, contractors and other relevant stakeholders. Lead the BD team to source, evaluate, analyse, and secure suitable land for renewable energy and energy storage projects in collaboration with local land brokers, local government, landowners, etc. Lead commercial discussions and the negotiation of definitive development agreements and CPPAs for greenfield renewable opportunities with counterparties. Explore and monitor government or quasi-government tender opportunities and manage the tender bidding process, including supporting internal approval process, project management schedules, preparation of bid documentation and contract negotiations, etc. Oversee and liaise with local developers, landowners, land agents, land aggregators, service providers, relevant local and central government authorities, and other stakeholders both on potential and existing projects in the ordinary course of business to facilitate the Project team to ensure a success execution on project development activities and relationship building. Lead the pre-feasibility assessment of new opportunities and business plan in collaboration with investment and project team expertise. Provide commercial and technical assessment of the relevant opportunities through collaboration with investment and project teams to the Investment Director to jointly make the investment proposal and recommendation to the leadership team, Investment Committee, and the Board seeking for approvals.
