Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the health and safety of the project, creating a safe environment for all involved.

Skills and Experience Required:
- University degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or equivalent.
- Project management qualification and proficiency in business-level English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on wind energy, particularly offshore development.
- Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team, balancing quality, costs, and time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to managing a varied workload.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade, challenge, and build credibility across all business functions.
