The Land Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive land strategy for the projects. This includes ensuring the timely delivery of secured options, managing land risks, and providing expert advice on land management topics. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement QA processes for land agreements and ensure strong cooperation within project teams.
- Deliver secured options on time and within budget, considering project risks and landowner management.
- Provide updates on key issues to de-risk the projects and ensure proactive communication of land risks.
- Drive the development of positions on key land topics and ensure alignment across project work packages.
- Perform peer reviews and QA of key project documents to ensure uniformity and quality.
- Capture and implement lessons learned to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Identify and drive solutions for project challenges related to land agreements to support cost reduction and competitiveness.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in land management, preferably within large-scale development projects.
- Strong understanding of legal land rights, compulsory purchase elements, and landowner management.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and external consultants.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and proactively.
