Role Overview:
The Health & Safety Supervisor will be instrumental in overseeing the safety aspects of multiple construction sites in across Ireland.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative on-site for health, safety, and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with HSE strategies and construction contracts.
- Support construction teams in all aspects of health and safety performance and management.
- Ensure contracting companies adhere to project safety plans and maintain up-to-date site safety inductions for all contractors and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and communicate effectively with H&S roles within the organisation and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
- Collaborate with PSCS to verify and adapt safety plans as necessary.
- Promote risk analysis for new activities and processes, ensuring continuous improvement in safety standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Health and Safety role within the process or construction industry.
- Accredited Professional Health and Safety qualification.
- Desirable: Recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification and experience holding the PSDP role.
- Proficient in Health and Safety auditing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Republic of Ireland Health and Safety legislation, principles, and practice.
- Understanding of environmental regulations regarding waste management.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly advantageous.
