Joy joined LSP as the Recruitment Team Lead APAC. Since completing her Engineering degree at the National Taiwan University and Nation Cheng Kung University Joy has a solid knowledge of the Asian renewable energy industry. Her project management and global business development experience allowed her to build up market insight and networks quickly.

Starting her career in recruitment back in 2017, Joy leverages on her extensive local market experience, which involved business development, global key account management and large recruitment projects. As a bilingual in the Mandarin and English language, she has been successfully recruiting international talents across the region and firmly believes in building long-term business relationships through her foundation and reputation in the renewable recruitment industry.

After Joys hard work and determination, she has recently been promoted to Senior Manager APAC within our Taiwan office.

JOB ID: #6913 Deputy EPCI Director Location: Taipei Our client is looking for a Deputy EPCI Director, who will support the EPC Director in leading the technical execution of an Offshore Wind project - the biggest offshore wind farm to date in APAC. You will be based at our office in Taipei, Taiwan and report directly to the EPCI Director. Key Requirements Excellent collaboration skills and flexibility to work across a range of subjects. Provide leadership, direction and support in the technical execution of project. Managing part of the EPCI project scope and support general project management activities. Managing project stakeholders, internal as well as external. Ensuring an excellent QHSE performance for the project. Liaise with other departments such as PMO (e.g. wrt. change management, cost control), Finance, Legal etc. Managing project stakeholders, internal as well as external. Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports to EPCI Director, the project management board and shareholders. Coordination of selected cross package activities and assessments to enable optimal decision making with regards to technical, schedule, quality, safety and commercial parameters. Ensuring the diverse highly skilled project team is led to thrive and grow as a high performing team. Qualifications BSc or MSc in Engineering. Direct work experience as Deputy EPCI Director or similar role for at least one offshore wind project. Proven leadership and team management capabilities in large, complex infrastructure projects. A team player with ability and motivation to work in a diverse environment with people of different cultural backgrounds. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Current location in Taiwan is preferable.
