Offshore Site Support Rhode Island, United StatesOur client is looking for an Offshore Site Support to join their expanding team in the USA. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter CoordinationArrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT ToolsSupport HSE when requiredOperate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learnt/change requests Participate in general lessons learned TasksPlanning & Coordination of Construction, marine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentationPreparation & hosting the Daily Planning MeetingLiaison with the Packages & Contractors to keep operational conflicts to a minimum Liaison with MHCC re-execution of planned activitiesManage and allocate custody (Time and space)Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & Masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMSEnsure all vessels Masters & helicopter pilots complete InductionAssisting construction manager with tasks as requiredChair / attend interface and kick off meetings with contractorsEnsuring personnel are approved within OMSAssistance in VCC checklist & issuing of VCCLiaising with HSE team members on findings, investigations and safety pushesProviding input into Lessons Learnt for future projectsTraining of new Offshore Support staffTraining of the O&M site planning teamTracking and control of all cargo going offshore, including declarations to relevant authorities DeliverablesCTV/Helicopter Manifest for personnel trackingSOMS Training DocumentsVessel/Helicopter performance reportsDaily coordination & Execution plan MandatoryGWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual HandlingBOSIET/HUET incl. CA-EBSOGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester Step RequirementsThe Consultant must bring his/her own PC and/or Iphone. External consultants’ equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up-to-date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow the companys AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime. The owner must grant approval for the company to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to the businesses security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit and/or the business . When an external consultant leaves, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all of the clients apps and data. The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with the companys AirWatch security and management software.
