After achieving a 2:1 BA hons degree in Commercial Photography in 2020, Charlotte joined LSP as Office & Compliance Administrator to support our ever-growing sales teams and contract base. Charlotte quickly progressed into our Business Support function where she assisted the team with marketing, and internal recruitment.

In August 2022 Charlotte was promoted to Marketing Executive. As LSP has grown the need for a further marketing profile was required and with Charlottes background degree in Commercial Photography and her natural aptitude for creativeness she was the perfect choice to fill the position.
