Become part of the Project Development department, the largest division within European Energy. This diverse team comprises colleagues from 20 different countries, all working towards the common goal of advancing renewable energy projects. Specifically, you will join a dedicated team focused on the Italian market, working alongside seven colleagues in Milan and five in Copenhagen.

As the Project Manager, you will oversee wind and photovoltaic projects in Italy from the development phase through to financial close and handover to the EPC Project Manager for construction.  Key responsibilities include

- Managing the project lifecycle for Italian renewable energy projects.
- Conducting techno-economic risk assessments and evaluating project viability.
- Coordinating the permitting process to secure necessary construction permits.
- Preparing presentations and financial models.
- Negotiating project contracts with the support of the legal team.
- Maintaining the project data room, monitoring schedules, and tracking costs against the budget.

Skills and Experience Required:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Recent experience in the wind and solar PV energy industry in Italy, with a strong understanding of the permitting phase.
- PMI project management certification or equivalent.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English at a professional level.
