Development Director - Clean Energy Fund

This role offers a unique chance to lead the hybridization of a substantial solar PV portfolio in Spain, exceeding 450 MW, and to contribute to the growth and management of renewable energy assets across Europe.

- Lead procurement and construction management activities related to hybridization projects.
- Originate and support new investment opportunities in Spain and across Europe.
- Support the management of investments that are in construction or already operational.

Candidate Profile:

- Degree educated in engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in the development and delivery of clean energy projects in Spain.
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy projects, including grid and planning permitting processes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with robust commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach and strong ownership skills.
- Broad industry knowledge and an established business network in Spain.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Italian would be advantageous.
