- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for key reports and budgeting.
- Manage interactions with external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and audits.
- Promote best practices and cross-learning among teams.
- Support offshore and onshore maintenance activities, including resource planning and safety oversight.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in offshore wind projects or O&M experience in the electrical power industry.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong technical understanding of offshore wind projects.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost reduction strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
