WTG SMA Procurement Manager
Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the negotiation of Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) and Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts for the WTG package.
- Lead the negotiation of commercial contractual terms with the preferred supplier up to FID and Contract Award.
- Ensure the delivery of SMA and LTSA contracts aligns with the project schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the project team on the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA) to manage interfaces and commercial risks.
- Support the process of preparing for, and seeking approval from, the Project Leadership Team, Board, and Shareholders for contract awards.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience or a robust understanding of large-scale energy projects in the offshore wind industry.
- Over 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or project development, preferably in large infrastructure, manufacturing, or energy projects, including renewables.
- Understanding the complexities of offshore wind project development and its supply chain.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, tendering, negotiation, and awarding WTG service agreements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial mindset with analytical skills and confidence in negotiating with all levels of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
