Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
 
Location: Offshore, UK

 

Our client is looking for a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) providing safety from the system under Equinor Electrical safety rules, by carrying out isolations, earthing and safety documents. Previous offshore windfarm or 66kV experience essential.
 
Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working practices are in place, reporting incidents, undertaking risk assessments and audits, promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.
• SAP duties as required reporting to Lead SAP.
• Producing and reviewing switching schedules.
• Provide isolations and safety documentation
• Working under Equinor High Voltage safety rules (Model Distribution Safety Rules)
• Assisting in the testing and commissioning of HV/LV systems
• Provide personal supervision if required
• Conduct and review point of work risk assessments

• Knowledge of WTG WTSR
• Knowledge of Electrical Safety Rules
• ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Current Senior Authorised Person authorisation to 66KV or above
