Key Responsibilities
 

  • Design and implement Office Management plans in line with the highest industry standards, including occupancy planning and optimisation
  • Coordinate all on-site activities related to the office environment to ensure a seamless working environment.
  • Maintain regular contact with building managers and various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations at the Utrecht office location
  • Actively manage contracts and suppliers to create and leverage synergies for optimal results.
  • Perform monthly reviews of OPEX cost reports for Facility Management to ensure that expenses are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Join projects in NL and use your (local) expertise to lift synergies.

 
 
Qualifications and Skills
 

  • You have a completed training as an Office Manager/Secretary, Foreign Language Correspondent or a relevant industrial degree, preferably with additional qualifications in the assistant field.
  • You are an exceptional organiser with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively, even in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • You have excellent hospitality skills and know how to communicate effectively with various contacts and stakeholders.
  • You have extensive experience with all MS Office products, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
