Role

  • Provide administrative assistance for calendar/itinerary management and call/meeting arrangement for senior management and mainly for Country Head, updating meeting minute if necessary.
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations for flights, accommodation, and transportation with relevant administrative support for staff.
  • Assist recruitment activity such as submitting online job openings and scheduling job interviews.
  • Coordinate and process new hire onboarding / induction program in coordination with other departments.
  • Manage office entrance security system (Secom) and security pass (card) for new hires and visitors. Make a periodical report according to the Group policy.
  • Manage and maintain employee attendance system (Selective work system, Working from Home, leave, holiday, etc.) to ensure attendance records are accurate. Generate monthly attendance data report for payroll transaction.
  • Provide support in employee engagement and organizational development activity such as Staff Party, employee workshop/team building, townhall, DEI, employee communication, CSRs and/or other events ad-hoc.
  • May provide support in visa and immigration process for visitors and international employees/ colleagues
  • Provide support in conducting employee opinion/ engagement survey by processing first level database management and analysis.
  • Support general office management administration and maintenance such as pantry and office supplies, mail, courier service, business card printing.
  • Manage incoming calls and electronic enquiries and relay or transfer calls and message to corresponding department in the company.

             
Qualifications Required      

  • 2-5 years of experience in MNCs as an Executive Assistant or/and as a Junior in HR function
  • Experience in supporting C-levels or Head of organization in MNCs in Korea with exposure to basic level of HR operation preferred
  • Strong knowledge and hands on skills in MS package, especially in excel, power points, outlook in Office 365 / Dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong document and database management skills
  • Good communication skills and open minded
  • Enjoying working with people in team environment
