This role specifically requires expertise in BESS, as the successful candidate will provide second-line service for BESS technologies and will be expected to undertake all elements of BESS maintenance and service work. Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical work including wiring, racking, and interconnection. Configure and test BMS (Battery Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), and PCS (Power Conversion System) components. Conduct pre-commissioning checks, system calibration, and functional verification testing. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, communication, and control system issues on-site. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical codes, and equipment manufacturer standards. Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and performance monitoring of deployed BESS units.
